Oracle BI Publisher Word Addin has been downloaded but Add-in is not appearing in Word - Oracle EBS R12

Please Open Word and navigate to File > Options > Add-ins

Select COM Add-ins in Manage and select go

Make sure that "BI Publisher Template Builder for word" is selected. If not, then Check and select OK.

If  still not appear then,

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle USA\TBAddInSetup

Load TBAdduser  with type Application.
